Welcome to November!

& the beginning of the holiday season! Thank you so much for a very fun and successful meet and congratulations to all of our competitors. Check out all of the pictures and videos on Instagram and please tag Los Alamitos Divers in any of your posts from our Fall Invite.Thank you to all who participated in the family synchro event. It was such a wonderful way to end a great weekend!

We will have tower practice twice this month, Saturday, November 2 & 16 from 10:00 am to 12:00. Please note that tower practice is a time change from the previously mentioned time. The cost for tower practice is $30.

We have ONE meet in December
Our December meet is The Snowman Invite at Rose Bowl in Pasadena. This is an outdoor pool and is now up on divemeets. This meet will take place December 14-15 and the cost per event is $40. Both of these meets are AAU sanctioned.

Please don’t forget to order your team suit. Lone Star has moved from Los Angeles to South Carolina. She is still doing a great job of getting our suits to us quickly. So, if you need to purchase a team suit prior to the December meets, do that now and she will get those to you in a timely manner. You can order directly find this information on our "Team Gear" page.

And, here is a “heads up” for the next few months
Again, this year we are going to be working toward regionals, zones, and nationals for USA Diving so if you are a super planner for vacations, please know that these events take place in April, June, and the end of July/beginning of August, respectively.
We are not 100% certain which region we will attend BUT if we do attend Region 12 it will take place in Riverside, Zone F will be in Midland, Texas, and Nationals will be at Mission Viejo.
We are also going to plan on attending the AAU National Championship event that takes place in mid-July. As soon as I learn of the dates and location, I will let you know for planning purposes.

1. Team Rebel Aquatics - December 7-8 (Las Vegas)
2. Rose Bowl Diving - December 14-15 (Pasadena) 3.CoastDivers - January 25-26 (OCC)
4. Los Alamitos Divers - February 22-23
5. Charger Dive (Memorial Day)
Mission Viejo Dive, and Crown Valley will host Spring meets but they are not on the calendar yet. There will be 3 high school invitationals in March and April and 2 high school league meets. If you are not in the Sunset League, you will still be able to compete to qualify for CIF but you will need a school representative present. More information as we move closer to HS dive.
